I woke up this morning with a clear image in my head.  I saw myself enclosed tightly in a rosebud, and as I watched it, each petal began to gently open, until I was fully exposed.

This was so very relevant as we are now coming out of hiding and at last able to share our work and gifts with the world again.  And, to make it even more relevant, my first scheduled course after lockdown is the Energetic Facelift.  Is this a coincidence?  I think not… We are now ready to ‘face’ the world again, in a whole new way, so let’s cloak ourselves in the myriad range of body processes that are downloaded into the face and body while running this deeply supportive treatment.
